Bhd<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d). By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide services including but not limited to leisure travel, tour packages, corporate and incentive travel, event planning and management, accommodation, transportation, ticketing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Bookings &amp; Confirmation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings are provisional until payment is received and confirmed. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1 Official Payment Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All payments&nbsp;<strong>MUST<\/strong>&nbsp;be made to the official company account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bank:<\/strong>\u00a0Maybank Islamic Bank Berhad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account No.:<\/strong>\u00a05640 5258 7354<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account Name:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>GHANAZ TRAVEL AND EVENT SDN BHD<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f&nbsp;Payments made to any third-party, agent, or personal accounts will&nbsp;<strong>NOT be recognised or honoured<\/strong>, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from such payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2 Deposit &amp; Full Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit is required upon booking confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All deposits are\u00a0<strong>strictly non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment must be settled\u00a0<strong>forty-five (45) days prior to the departure date<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in\u00a0<strong>automatic cancellation of the booking<\/strong>, and cancellation charges shall apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.3 Service Charge for Card &amp; Online Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments made via\u00a0<strong>Credit Card, FPX, Atome, GrabPay, or any other online payment gateway<\/strong>\u00a0will incur an additional\u00a0<strong>6% service charge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This service charge is imposed by payment gateway providers and administrative processing and is\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for ensuring that the total payable amount includes the applicable service charge prior to completing payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 Cancellation Charges (Per Person)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than 50 days before departure: No charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>41\u201350 days before departure: 35% of total tour fare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>31\u201340 days before departure: 50% of total tour fare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21\u201330 days before departure: 75% of total tour fare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour fare (no refund)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 Additional Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-refundable items include but are not limited to air tickets, visas, insurance, permits, processing fees, service charges, and event tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within\u00a0<strong>14\u201330 working days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be made\u00a0<strong>only to the original payer<\/strong>\u00a0using the original payment method, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Itinerary Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or services when necessary due to operational, safety, or supplier reasons. Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the customer shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Travel Documents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel, and that all required visas, health requirements, and entry documents are obtained prior to departure. The Company shall not be held responsible for denied entry, deportation, or travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Liability &amp; Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and event organisers. We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, accident, loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or technical failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Website Usage &amp; Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of&nbsp;<strong>Ghanaz Travel and Event Sdn Bhd<\/strong>&nbsp;and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
